Reporting a wrong specification

This is the message we most want. The entire argument of this site is that the numbers are checkable, which means a wrong number is worse here than it would be somewhere that never made the claim.

Useful to include, and none of it is required:

• The page URL
• Which figure is wrong
• What you believe it should be
• A link to the manufacturer page or manual, if you have one

Corrections take priority over everything else, get a dated note on the page rather than a silent edit, and if a correction changes a ranking then the ranking changes. The policy is here.

Other things worth writing about

• A product has been discontinued and we have not noticed. We keep discontinued products on the site and label them, rather than deleting them.
• A maker has changed a published figure since our compile date.
• You have measured something yourself — a parking-mode current draw, a real cabin temperature — and got a different number from the published one. Genuinely interesting to us.
• A link or a disclosure is not doing its job. How we handle disclosure is here.

What we cannot help with

• Diagnosing a problem with your car. We are not mechanics and this site does not pretend otherwise.
• Medical questions about back pain. The comfort pages describe geometry and materials, and that is the limit of what they do.
• Guest posts, link exchanges or sponsored content. We do not take any of it. Editorial policy.
• Warranty claims or returns. Nothing is sold here — those go to the retailer or the manufacturer.
